Here’s what I know about you:
You’re a dynamite human. You're the person other people look to.
You run things. You show up. You carry a lot — a team, a business, a community, a life you've actually built.
You're not lost. You're not a beginner. You're not someone who needs to be convinced that strength training matters.
You're just done being the strongest person in every room except one.
Done running on fumes while crushing everything else. Done being under-leveraged in the one place that would change everything else.
You're not basic. You're impressive.
And LSS is about to make you dangerous.
3 months. Rolling enrollment. No calls. Real coaching.
Apply when you're ready. Start when it makes sense for your life.
Who this is for
This is for you if:
→ You're high-capacity everywhere but physically underleveraged — and you know it.
→ You've done classes, bought programs, saved workouts you've never opened. You're done with random.
→ You're not afraid of effort. You loathe wasted effort.
→ You want real coaching, real eyes on your form, and zero noise to wade through.
→ You thrive with structure and independence — you don't need someone barking in your ear, you need someone who actually watches.
→ You're ready to take the physical part as seriously as everything else you've built.
This is NOT for you if:
→ You want someone to motivate you every day. (That's noise. We don't do that here.)
→ You're looking for a quick fix or a fat loss program. (Wrong address.)
→ You need a lot of hand-holding. (You don't. That's the whole point.)
Why is Last Set Society different?
Most programs fail high-capacity people for one reason: they're built for people who need to be convinced to show up. You already show up. What you need is a method that meets your intelligence.
LSS is built on the Silent Playlist Method — a coaching approach developed by a Deaf trainer who never had the option of leading with noise. No pump-up playlists. No talking over demos. No hype that evaporates the second the class ends.
Just clarity. Standards. And someone who actually watches.
Being Deaf in an industry that leads with sound meant I had to build something different. I coach through what I can see — your form, your focus, your energy leaks, your presence between reps. I catch things trainers standing next to you miss because they're talking instead of watching.
Less noise. More coaching. That's not a tagline. It's literally how I work.
You + My Method
This is a starter. Not a sprint.
Stages 1 through 3 are the foundation of the Silent Playlist Method. Three months is the minimum — not the deadline. Some people move through in three months. Some people take six or twelve. Some people stay longer because the basics keep getting better and the habit keeps compounding and the identity shift takes the time it takes.
That's not failure. That's the method working.
You'll leave with the tools, the internal compass, and the confidence to keep going — whether that means leveling up with custom support or knowing how to run it yourself. That's what trainers are for. And that's what LSS is built to give you.
-
Foundations
2x/week · home gym friendly · slow down first
Before we load anything, we slow down. Most people have moved THROUGH their body for years without ever moving IN it. Stage 1 changes that.
We start with a body scan — not the lying-on-the-floor kind. The kind that happens while you're moving. Feet rooted. Breath steady. Weight in your hands. You learn to feel what's actually happening before you ask your body to do more. Then we build: the five foundational movement patterns (hinge, squat, push, pull, brace), form that's strong and repeatable, mechanics that give you energy instead of draining it.
No rushing. No ego lifting. No sprinting past the part that actually matters.
You'll be introduced to your first Silent Playlist tool here — a single word, a single focus. Simple enough for day one. Deep enough to use forever.
This is the luxury everyone skips. We don't skip it.
-
Building edge
2 to 3x/week · effort becomes a skill
Stage 1 built contact. Stage 2 builds edge.
This is where effort stops being a guess and starts being a language you speak. You learn what RPE and RIR actually feel like in YOUR body — not what the chart says, what you feel. You know when to increase weight instead of staying safe. You stop asking permission from the plan and start trusting what you know.
The Silent Playlist deepens. You'll have a word for effort now — one that makes the last two reps feel like a choice instead of a negotiation.
Intensity becomes intentional. Your strength starts to compound.
-
Presence and identity · 2 to 3x/week · train like you give a damn
Yes — a Deaf coach is teaching you to hear yourself. That's the whole point. :-)
This stage is about presence. Not more. Not faster. Not harder for the sake of it. You practice resting properly between sets (actually resting, not scrolling), finishing sets strong instead of rushing, noticing where your energy leaks, and we check your patterns in your video submissions — your pace, your focus, your transitions.
The lift starts carrying more than the lift. The beat is in you and you're starting to feel it. You'll know you're ready for what comes next when you see it in the gym AND in your life — both signals arrive together.
This is where strength turns into identity. You stop going through the motions. You start lifting like it matters. You have confidence.
-
How do you know you're ready for Stages 4 and 5? You see the edge in two places at once. In the gym: PRs show up. New things become possible. In your life: you stop negotiating with yourself about showing up. You carry things differently. Both signals have to arrive. When they do, you'll know. And there are many ways to level up from there — that's what coaches are for.
And then it keeps going.
STAGE 4 — OWN IT
Training fits your life instead of fighting it. You have rituals, not rules. You travel without falling apart. You dial effort up or down without guilt. You're not doing fitness anymore — you ARE someone who trains. PRs keep coming. New goals appear. Chin-ups. Box jumps. A hike you didn't plan for. A sprint on a beach because your body just wants to.
This is where LSS members move into custom programming and seasonal extensions. The method stays. The ceiling disappears.
STAGE 5 — PLAY IT
You don't need someone else's playlist anymore. The beat was always in you — you're playing it now. You've redefined what strong means to you.
You carry it. People notice before you say a word. You need the next challenge, the community, the retreat — not because you're chasing something, but because you've built something worth protecting.
This is what you have waiting. The beat is in you. Play it.

Drop questions anytime via Everfit DM or email.
Once a month I publish answers in one thread: training, form, recovery, travel rituals, hotel gym hacks, and the occasional 'help I'm spiraling.'
Personal questions get private replies.
The Client Space — community access
A reserved space for LSS members and 1:1 clients to exist together.
Not a structured coaching forum. Just a place to be around other high-capacity humans doing the work.
Drop in when something moves you.
No calls. No cohort. No performative check-ins. Everything happens on your time, on your terms, with someone who actually watches.
The Investment:
$250/month — 3 month commitment.
This replaces: random classes that don't compound, unused programs you abandon alone, and $800/month 1:1 training.
Base programming that adapts to your feedback. The method, taught as you go. Every month you get stronger and closer to the person who just….trains.
FOUNDING MEMBER BONUS — apply by March 15th and receive a 30-minute Starting Line call with Anne. We'll look at where you are, what your life actually looks like right now, and how to make Month 1 land.
Rolling enrollment stays open after March 15th — the bonus doesn't.
Applications are reviewed. Spots are intentionally limited. This is not a course you buy — it's a crew you apply for.
LSS is a starting point, not a ceiling.
After 3 months in LSS you know the method. Your form is clean. You trust the coaching. Here's where it goes:
→ Upgrade to Custom Programming (+$100 / $350 total)
No more Locker drops — instead you get me directly, with programming built specifically for you. No calls required. You've already done the work to make custom coaching actually land. This is the natural next step for people who want to keep going without moving to full 1:1.
→ The 3-Month Extension
New themes. New Locker drops. New Silent Playlist focus. Same structure, new season. LSS members get first access when new programming cycles open.
→ Retreats
LSS members get priority access to Baja and future retreats. The December 2026 Baja California Sur retreat is already in planning. If you want to be in a room — or on a beach — with other Last Set Society humans, this is your path in.
What you need: Dumbbells. A phone. A tripod (recommended for form checks). And the part of you that's done coasting.
⚡ Ready?
One more thing.
I built this program because my 1:1 roster filled up and my heart didn't. I wanted more people in this corner — people who are ready to take this seriously, who don't need noise, who just need a method they can trust and someone who actually watches.
That's LSS. Not a cheaper version of 1:1. A different product for a different moment — the moment you decide the physical part finally gets to catch up with everything else you've built.
The last set is where everything shifts. The mmoent you dig in, cut the noise, and realize: this are capable of this. The magic lives in the rep you finish when your brain says “maybe not” and your body says “we go anyway.” Let's find yours.
