LSS is built on the Silent Playlist Method — a coaching approach developed by a Deaf trainer who never had the option of leading with noise. No pump-up playlists. No talking over demos. No hype that evaporates the second the class ends.

Being Deaf in an industry that leads with sound meant I had to build something different. I coach through what I can see — your form, your focus, your energy leaks, your presence between reps. I catch things trainers standing next to you miss because they're talking instead of watching.

Stages 1 through 3 are the foundation of the Silent Playlist Method. Three months is the minimum — not the deadline. Some people move through in three months. Some people take six or twelve. Some people stay longer because the basics keep getting better and the habit keeps compounding and the identity shift takes the time it takes.

That's not failure. That's the method working.

You'll leave with the tools, the internal compass, and the confidence to keep going — whether that means leveling up with custom support or knowing how to run it yourself. That's what trainers are for. And that's what LSS is built to give you.

  • Months 2 and 3: Full 18-workout strength plan at your pace.

  • Start each month with The Edit — a designed, on-theme PDF that sets your standards for the next 4 weeks.

  • Movement cues, Silent Playlist prompts, mindset upgrades, and no-BS rituals.

The Rep Review — private form coaching

  • Every even week you submit one full workout video.

  • I reply with clear notes and cues — sometimes a video — so your form feels stronger, cleaner, and more confident fast.

  • Private inside Everfit. Clear enough to use mid-week without a two-page transcript.

The Question Vault — monthly Q&A

  • Drop questions anytime via Everfit DM or email.

  • Once a month I publish answers in one thread: training, form, recovery, travel rituals, hotel gym hacks, and the occasional 'help I'm spiraling.'

  • Personal questions get private replies.

The Client Space — community access

  • A reserved space for LSS members and 1:1 clients to exist together.

  • Not a structured coaching forum. Just a place to be around other high-capacity humans doing the work.

  • Drop in when something moves you.

No calls. No cohort. No performative check-ins. Everything happens on your time, on your terms, with someone who actually watches.

The Investment:

$250/month — 3 month commitment.

This replaces: random classes that don't compound, unused programs you abandon alone, and $800/month 1:1 training.

Base programming that adapts to your feedback. The method, taught as you go. Every month you get stronger and closer to the person who just….trains.
